ASUS Cup Spring 2006: Counter Strike

The System: includes three stages.

  • First Group Stage: Fourty-four teams compete in 8 groups. Top two advance
  • Second Group Stage: Sixteen teams compete in 4 groups. Top two advance.
  • Playoffs: Eight teams compete in a single elimination tournament, first team to take 2 maps wins.

Really well done!


I'm curious to see k23, who knows, maybe they'll be dangerous for the Russian/Ukrainian teams. Anyway, I'd bet on pro100 one more time, altrough teams like Rush3D, Virtus.pro and A-Gaming also have good chances to win this.

Ok fellas im gonna have to take a break from updating it live now, cos the battery on my comp is dying, but as soon as i get on my corded computer ill jump right back on things. Apologies for that.

Hey abver=D RUR stands for RUssian Rubles, but turns out that youre right, and the correct term today is RUB=) RUR it is in fact an outdated terminology=)(pre 1997 market crash). Im gonna update myself as soon as i write next report=)
