The 2008 World Cyber Games Spanish finals are about to begin. This time, the rest of our FIFA team will compete in order to qualify for the WCG overall finals in Cologne. Only fnatic.Delfin-1 got a direct spot from the WCG Spain Grand Final due to being the defending champion.
fnatic.Delfin-1: Im back, and I hope to win the WCG Spain 2008 Grand Final.
Those were the words fnatic.Delfin gave before the Grand Final, unfortunately one of his mates has replaced him. The new WCG Spain 2008 champion is fnatic.Maximo12 after a really good performance during all of the competition. Maximo12 faced Delfin-1 at the WB Final and beat him by the penalty shoot-out.
fnatic.Maximo12: After some really difficult matches and after beating Delfin-1 I have reached my goal. I am the new WCG Spain champion, but my dream is not over. I am going to fight and try to bring the WCG 2008 title home. All my efforts have been rewarded but now my aim is to win in Germany.
After that fnatic.BuBa and fnatic.Delfin-1 faced each other for the second slot for representing Spain at the Grand Finals in Cologne. The match finished by a 2-0 score in favour for BuBa relegating Delfin-1 to the third place.
