The Convention Center in Anaheim, California is the place to be on October 10-11 as this years BlizzCon event will kick off there and then! Hosting tournaments for WarCraft III, StarCraft and World of Warcraft it is set to be one of the biggest events this year.

BlizzCon is an annual convention held by Blizzard (now Blizzard Activision) designed to allow them to showcase any new games in development, but also for fans to get into the Warcraft, Starcraft of Diablo spirit, as well as being host to pro-gaming tournaments. BlizzCon is a celebration of all things Blizzard.

This year Fnatic are in attendance in the shape of our American World of Warcraft team who beat selective queuers to get this far. They competing against players and teams from all over North America, Europe and Asia with every squad having qualified to fight for a top prize of $75,000.

Update: Fnatic.WoW take 3rd place in the BlizzCon 2008 World of Warcraft Tournament; taking home the $15,000 prize.
