Hello everyone :)
 
We are now back from Ukraine, Kiev and the Arbalet Female Cup.
 
We placed 2nd after a very tight final, we had the chance of winning more than ones
but small stupid mistakes from us let SK back in the game and sadly they ended up winning after 3 overtimes.
Anyway I am sure that it was very exciting for spectators to watch the games, we managed
to win all teams and also winning dust2 over SK and almost Nuke, but yeah, hopefully nexttime.
 
The most annoying thing is that straight after the game you always realize what you should have done different,
but one of the good parts about losing is that you have something to fight for and that you can see more of your
mistakes clearly. We are hoping for a revench soon as we feel like SK and fnatic was really even with eachother.

 
From only practicing online like we have done, its hard to know what needs to be changed before the events, I think we learnt
alot from this and we can only become better.
 
Anyway, we had a great time, its the best organized event I have ever played, we felt like we were really good taken care of,
even if not everybody spoke so well english we used our hands and feet and all of our body to communicate, no problem at all.
 
I love travelling and visiting new places and I get sad everytime we have to go home and thats because I dont get to know
the places I have been in that way you do when you are on vacation. I have travelled around the world cause of Counter-Strike
but my memories is 'the airport, the event, the afterparty and mc donalds' :/

 
The first day we went downtown to eat at MC Donalds, we was seriously so hungry. I had my high heals on and after a while
it started hurting abit, Haha, it was so funny cause first I fell on the road, like on my knees and everything and my jeans got really dirty, I felt so stupid but I think people in Ukraine is quite used to this happening cause no one was really staring at me? Even if IpSa was laughing really loud.
 
We walk about 5 minutes more and we are walking up from the underground and IpSa fall forward in the steps and again we start laughing. The others were waaaay infront of us so they didnt see how stupid we were. then me and IpSa saw a shoestore! And we just had to go inside, we decided to buy some shoes without heals so maybe we could get me back home safe without calling the ambulance.
 
Buying the shoes took like one hour, nix0n, frijek and zAAz was so tired of waiting and almost dying from hunger, but being in that shoestore kinda made me and IpSa forget all about food, its crazy how girls LOVE shoes, seriously, even after mc donalds we visited atleast 3 more shoeshops, we didnt buy any but was hoping to go back another day but unforunately there was no time for that. Maybe I'll go back some day :)

 
Ok, back to CS! We got 2nd place, got to rub it in! We got 5000 USD plus laptops, we were really happy about that :)
We are also very satisfied about the event itself, we did really well, the first event together with this lineup aswel.
 
The last night we were gonna go to the event for some drinks and fun with all the attendees. There was some contests going on, first I attended a drinking contest where 1 of the russian girls won, not surprized! as they drink vodka like normal people drink water. Also the singing contest the russian girl Svetaska won , I made it to the final and again 2nd place for me, I must say I am tired of 2nd places now, time for a big change? YES! We all had to sing in our own language, for some reason I didnt remember any Norwegian songs, I didnt remeber any danish songs either so then I ended up singing in Swedish! was alot of fun, I love singing, Im not great, but I still love it ;D

 
The party was fun and there was free bar for everyone. We took some funny pics,

I have now started to use the Kinzu mouse from steelseries, at first I was thinking it was too small and that it didnt have any buttons on the side, but now I have finally found a good way of using it anyway and places some of my mousebinds back on the keyboard, it was actually just slot1 and slot2 binded so it wasnt too hard :) I think it is really great with the Fnatic Mousepad Qck+ , I think my movements will be better as I can have a better grip cause of the small size, I have been used to using Ikari og 3.0 before. I also like that it is optical, thats what I prefere :) And the Laser dont work too well on the soft pads imo
and specially not if you have low sense aswel.
 
Yesterday we played versus a femaleteam in ESL vs a polish team, weird thing was that Irene, IpSa and inzane all lost internet at the same time, like just infront of the game, we waited for like 30 minutes and then Irene and inzane was back on inet, but IpSa was not, we called a friend and asked if she could stepin but she didnt have the
opportunity so we decided to play 4on5 instead of using a wildcard. First me and zAAz was ready to play 2on5 cause we were the only ones with internet, but the admin said 2on5 was not allowed. Luckily they came back just in time so we didnt have to cancel the match, we won 16-14 on de_dust2.
