For the past week I have been living in Inner Mongolia.  For those of you who do not know, that is at the top of China just below the country Mongolia.  It is very beautiful here, and the area is VERY wealthy - the city we went to is the richest in China no less..  Here are a few photos since the last time I posted a blog, many of which come from Inner Mongolia.  Deserts, Genghis Khan, a safari and a whole lot more :D

My first ever desert...

I have now Zorbed in a desert in China.

This is the ditch/hill where I did the Zorb for the first time.

Zip-line sort of?  I am sitting in an old Chinese military harness traveling down metal cables to a landing area...intense to say the least :)

You take a chair lift across a canyon to get to the desert.

A traditional Mongolian cookie.

The mighty yellow river!

I've been here for less than one week, and I have seen 39 LandRovers....

Flowers near the resting place of Genghis Khan

Me infront of a statue of Genghis Khan.

Goooooooooooooold :O  Genghis Khan worship area.

The bottom of the worship area for Genghis Khan.

In front of the Genghis Khan museum (where you sadly are not allowed to take photos :@)

These are representations of the traditional Mongolian homes/tents (there is more too it than that, but I'm not sure what..)

The more rocks on your hut..the more popular you are.  The scarves are representative of the visiters status (blue being the highest honor).

The view from the top of the Genghis Khan memorial area.

We were treated to a pretty fancy lunch that day...

Ostriches on the safari.  Very friendly, I have a video of them eating out of a cup in my hand...very aggressive :P

King of the bow and arrow that day, better than all the Chinese businessmen : P

Anyway, I hope you liked the photos, more to come in the next couple weeks.  The eSports content is going well, have a few interviews with LoL and SC2 pros on the go...so stay tuned for those, and remember there are tons of contests going on lately and in the near future so look out for them!

I am heading back to Langfang (just outside of Beijing) tomorrow:)
