This is actually going to be my first blog that I have ever written so bear with me! Let's start with how I got into the whole HoN thing. I used to play a lot of DotA back in the battle.net days and as my skills improved I found myself playing in better leagues and in-houses. Playing in places like dotainvite, ihcs and so on was pretty fun at first but got pretty dull later on and that's when we (rexi and some other finns) decided to make our first clan. At first it was pretty chaotic but as things progressed we became a pretty good team and we had decent results in mym prides and other tournaments but eventually people decided to quit playing. I started to play some WoW after the clan broke up but found myself playing DotA not too soon again. This time we made an international clan with Rexi and we had better success than last time but in the end people got bored again and I decided to switch back to WoW. After playing WoW for a year or so we made our last comeback into the Dota scene but it all ended when I had to leave to the army.

Luckily we could get home on most weekends and that's when I found HoN as my friends had started playing it. When I was almost getting out of the army we decided to make a HoN clan called T1 to play some scrims against other clans and see how things would work out. After I finally got out I actually played WoW again for a brief moment but started to play HoN more and more in the end. Somehow Rexi got in contact with Rotti in a public game and we soon found ourselves playing under the fnatic tag! ^____^. Now we have climbed from practically "nobodies" to probably the best team in Europe and internationally only bested by team fiVe and LOADED in my opinion. That's something we want to change though as we're looking to conquer the HoN scene!

Lately we have undergone some roster changes as Steelrasp decided to leave due to poker and Kay and FFF joining us. Now we pretty much have a nice "all-star" team but it will still require a lot of practice to make it to the top. Sadly Fresh moved into a new apartment and he doesn't have an internet connection there yet so we haven't been able to practice that much lately but that's going to change in a day or two. That's actually the reason we've had to play with a couple of ringers in our latest games. After Fresh gets his internet connection we'll be able to get back on track and start playing some HoN with our new lineup again!

Lastly, I have been playing quite a lot of Starcraft 2 lately. After I changed my race from Zerg to Protoss I've had GREAT SUCCESS!

I haven't played that many 1vs1 with toss yet, but I've got about 250-300 2vs2 games played with a couple of finnish pals and things are going quite nicely. I actually managed to place second in a finnish sc2 tournament organized by a finnish gaming site and won a Steelseries sc2 marine mousepad and some strange cleaning product called CYBER CLEAN (!!!) but I have no idea how it's supposed to work and probably can't be arsed to find out :-D. Everyone interested in Starcraft should check out day9 streams/vods since the guy is pretty much a genious when it comes down to sc and watching those made me understand the game so much better.

P.S. Sentries are AWESOME!
