Hey guys,

Dreamhack was a bit of a disappointment, but then again we never seem to do good there, so I don't think we are going to put a lot of emphasis on analyzing the tournament. We were very tired and didn't hit our shots, our playing schedule in the three tournaments was pretty bad and we came into the IOL-finals after 5 hours sleep and 12 maps the previous day and three maps that same morning. Playing a lot of maps is mentally draining for sure. Anyway, Dreamhack is like the Bermuda Triangle for us: no matter how hard we prepare, our bullets disappear when we try to fire them.

We are going to Paris today and I'm looking forward to see if the new owners of ESWC are able to keep the integrity of the tournament and brand and host a great competition. In my opinion, ESWC has always been the best tournament, bar none. We are coming in prepared, but so are a lot of other teams. The story of this year is that different teams have won tournaments, so I'm pretty sure I wouldn't bet any money on any team to win in Paris before seeing how the group stage pans out. I think the fans will see some very exciting games and I really hope that the final will be as magical as it usually is in Paris.

After Dreamhack, the NAVI guys stopped by in my hometown, Gothenburg, and we went to an amusement park and had dinner before they had to drive back to the airport in Stockholm. We had a great time, they are a bunch of super nice guys and I always have fun with them. I know that we are all looking forward to playing them at ESWC. Pics from their visit in Gothenburg below.

Wish us good luck for Paris!

Good luck with your gaming,

Harley
