The Warcraft Premier League.

The start of a new WPL season is eminent. We enter the league as reigning champions.

The previous season was very good and close all the way to the end, with close wars against Serious Gaming in the Grand final. Just like the previous season we intend to lift our less experienced players again in this one.

This is not to be mistaken for arrogance or uninterest. It is all part of a plan to bring forth newer players. These players are intented to be used in all of the major leagues and tournaments but they need to be given a chance to prove themselves and gain experience from online leagues.

E-Sports is all about winning. To throw a good player into the major leagues and events without the proper training and wisdom one only gain from massive experience is to throw raw talent away.
It has been proven over and over again before, this is why the WPL is so important.
This is our nursery.
This is our online training facility.

Talent.

Last season we tried to use our talents as best possible. Kei, Yange and Minhyuk played in almost every playday of the regular season. More established players like Space, Shy and Focus were just taking turns to fill out the lineup-spots.

The team spirit is incredibly important to us, and to the players themselves. The kind of team spirit this team has creates a solid base for training without pressure or prestige but also a friendship beyond the game.
To have trust for your friends in the lineup of the clan war, to support them and cheer improves the game of the players, increases the confidence and brings the experience to a whole new level.

We strongly believe in the team spirit, not only in the Warcraft III team, but it is also shown in the Counter-Strike team. Proven to be very successful.

Took the chance to make it big.

Regular WPL player Minhyuk saw his chance and he trained, gained more confidence and became a regular WC3L player. A very talented young man quickly became a very worthy opponent versus anyone. Recent stinging wins against world class players such as the chinese orc WE.Like in the qualification for PGL.

This season we will see even less of the established players and more of the talents.In face even new talents that has never before been used in WPL.
As previously mentioned, we have already won the WPL so the pressure is off. Now we can focus on training the players we want to see in WC3L, and eventually NGL-ONE.

Manager.

As Elroy Pinto got a promotion and Fnatic entered a third online league, time is the enemy. Elroy has taken on a lot more responsibility as the General Manager of Fnatic but still cares a lot about the WPL and he know the importance of the training facility that is a golden oppurtunity to gain the trust of players who are on the verge of making it big. He has asked me to take charge of the WPL squad of Fnatic.

He promised me full disposal of all of our players, I will however not keep him to his word.
I want to use talents as much as possible.
