WCG is here and I managed to make my way through most of the ceremony which was normally quite boring aside from a standout operah version of the official theme song "Beyond the game". I managed to meet 2 of our fifa players and managed to get a nice charger for the camera so that should keep the galleries going in on the next few days :).

Tonight we just went with FoCuS and Moon for dinner along with ESL.HappY and his friend. It was a nice meal and the kind Korean lady at the restaurant was so happy to see "authentic" Koreans that she decided to give them a free dinner! The Korean food was very nice and worth the "all you can eat" tag that it sported. I was looking to get the fifa players to meet FoCuS since we have such unique team spirit normally (with Dota really cheering for Focus at MGC and Shy cheering for CS at WEM) but I guess they wanted to hang out with team Spain or maybe just sleep really early for the games.

I met our gosu ex-GM Joe who seems like he's been living in Germany for many years, seems very comfortable and happy and it's good to see him that way, I briefly bumped into James as well, he seemed fine as well. I met a few people who I have known for sometime from my time online and it felt really good.

Tomorrow is the main day when most of fnatic will be in action, it is a much quieter year for the fnatic bandwagon and while our CS team is missed, I really believe that this should be the opportunity that the FIFA and WC3 players should take this opportunity to rise to the occassion.

I met Kim who works as a graphics designer for our website now, but he was kinda busy with filming Team Germany :S. I paid a visit to Turtle Entertainment and got a few interviews with some prominent names in the scene so I will probably make a blog/article about that later, it kinda sucks that I couldn't take pictures for this visit but hopefully the text suffices.

I had sometime to explore the city all by myself yesterday, but I wasn't kinda sure so I just did a bit of moving around. Sorry about the pictures but more pictures will be coming from the event.

On a side note this is my first event as "Manager" so I am just kinda nervous as to how to motivated players or just be talking to them, perhaps tomorrow I will get a chance to show some real life managing skills^^!

FoCuS seems in a good mindset and that's the most important thing for any player, if he can just concentrate 100% on the games tomorrow am pretty sure we will see a really strong FoCuS going to the next round. The FIFA guys seem pretty confident about their games so I will be watching them closely as well.

Erm, I arrived on the 4th in the night at around 10pm, I will also probably be here in Cologne for and if anyone reading this is in Germany for the WCG feel free to to gimme a holler at the venue!
