So at last the World Cyber Games has come to an end, after almost spending a week in Cologne, floundering around and trying to take pictures am writing this blog from the warm confines of the new office/house in London.

I had the good fortune of meeting a lot of my friends from online and it was nice to meet people whom I had met on my previous 2 international outings.

A few memories to recap the event:

• MYM's WC3 manager and old friend of mine LoseMann came in late to WCG and wanted to claim a press ID so he just went and as he was registering with "fnatic.com" for kicks, Kim (our noob graphics designer was with us) made the registration lady make it to "www.fanboy.fnatic.com" as the coverage page that losemann was working for... Much to my shock and dismay she actually did it... If only people who paid 15 euros for the 3 day event knew about this.
  

• Meeting FoCuS and Moon for dinner and FoCuS telling us Moon's practice regime. Where he played so much that when he wanted to sleep, he would click search for a game and then try to catch some sleep and then when the game was found he would quickly wake up and rinse repeat the same process.
  

• Korean's getting free food at the Korean restaurant.
  

• Having a drinking battle v/s FoCuS! The outcome is too private to discuss!
  

• Meeting some old friends like p1nke (WC3 player) who gave me some funny "Samsung mobile" mini candies...
  

• Watching some games and getting myself to admire and appreciate Starcraft games. I fear I might get addicted to it^^.
  

• Staying at my friends house, Matthias "HappY" Immenkemper, visiting this one place for food all the time, it was really funny they even recognized us later since we went so often. But the food was good!
  

• Kolsch! with the funny "o" it was good the one time I had it but when we met FoCuS we had some strange energy drink + beer mix... Wasn't bad but the beer later was quite good.
  

• Chocolate Milk in the morning, is the best.
  

• Buying really cheap socks with spiders imprinted on them, was good fun!
  

• Purchasing some post cards and actually mailing them to my friends and family. I don't ever do this but my friend insisted that I do it, so I couldn't let her down.
  

• Funny German keyboards!
  

• Meeting BBS and Kim from fnatic staff, it was good interacting with them even though bbs was just around for 45 minutes :S.
  

• Meeting RotterdaM and XyLigan, the old fnatic players and also King! He is one of the few managers I respect! Also meeting the managers of WE and SK was cool I guess I will meet them at the WC3L finals and perhaps talk some more then! I forgot to mention Zerter as well, funny guy, very nice in real life but so bad mannered online! (jokes)
  

I am perhaps not so talkative in person and maybe some think I was arrogant or bad mannered but it's not the case, so if anyone wanted a longer chat am sorry I couldn't :P

I was told there were Christmas markets that Cologne had starting out soon and well sadly I didn't have time at the end to get to going there, I wanted to pick up a Santa Claus decoration or something for my folks :(.

I can't think of anything else (I racked my brains all morning!) It's back to the grind now. I always wanted to attend ESWC & WCG Grand Finals and I managed to achieve that in the last 2 years so I am happy just the WC3L is left and that will be coming up soon! whoop di whoop!
