There we go! We have been to the Philippines last week, and I'm just speechless about how this event was......... AMAZING!

I arrived to the Philippines really early, well... I thought it was early, in France it was like 10:00 am, but it was already 4:00 pm there, I was already not used to the jetlag :(. Anyways, a MSI car took me up and sent me to my hotel, RICHMOND Hotel...

Richmond Hotel.... Such a NICE HOTEL, I saw the bed, and I just wanted to sleep all day long.. But no time to waste, I had to take a shower first. Anyways, I received a call from Sen and he told me that we have to go to the MSI Booth, my dream of sleeping in a good bed was over :(. Anyways, It was nice to hear Sen talking english ! When we were in the taxi, I laughed so much, he asked for a cheque, but it was not the right word at all :). <3 Sen. 



Then, Sen and I arrived to the MSI buff, I met there nice people for MSI, Joanne and we went to a restaurant (I tested some new kind of foods, and it was really great actually, like... Tentacules or something, tasted like chewing gum :D, but we DRANK BEER of course, without beer, it's not good. They were really good persons, they treated us good and stuff, we prepared everything for this event and it went pretty well. We had to work hard, but it was worth it. 1 Hour after came another player from fnatic, his name is Conney "Kyochi" Sjoberg. 1 minute was enough and I already liked him, we did party the same night, drank few beers, chilled out etc... We was to the Philippines for only 2 Days, so we HAD TO ENJOY IT A MAXIMUM ! And we did.

Anyways, we slept after that, because we had a hard day for tomorrow! As expected, the crowd was overwhelmed, it was so amazing, everything was looking at us, young ladies, everybody, there was a ton of people! MSI girls was beautiful as well, I was saying to my self, OK Why we stay only 2 days :'(. The first game was Starcraft 2, after came call of duty 4, then YEAAHHH, quake live ! ( You can expect that I showed my lightning gun! OF COURSE :) ! )

To be honest, I thought that everybody would be only interested to Starcraft 2, but I was totally wrong, they loved CoD4 and they loved Quake live too. I was so happy to realise that this game is loved everywhere. Quake live for the win you know :).  Let's talk about the first two games before Quake live, Starcraft was the first of the three. There was kind of brackets for Starcraft 2 and then they had to play Sen. Unfortunately I was really so tired cause of the jetlag so I fell asleep, i'm really sorry, but no worries when I heard the  BOUMBOUM of the ak 47 ( of cod4 ) It woke me up really fast !

The rules were simple, there was a FFA, and the 3 first place have to play Kyochi in a 1v3. Look how he is already focused, he doesn't want to lose, he's a WARRIOR! It was a great game though, and he had some hard times ( A little! don't lie Kyochi ! :D

 

About my self, It was kinda the same, FFA first, then the two first places play against me ( Yes! I'm a newbie, I prefer 2 instead of 3 ! ). I prepare everything for the CA 2v2, and let's Fight !

My biggest surprise was to see that there was a lot of potential in Philippines. Indeed, in Quake live , Free for all was the first mod, the 1st and 2nd place had to play against me in a CA 2v1, they played really good actually, I didn't expect that. Gratz to them!

Afterwards came cosplay's girl named Alodia Gosiengfiao, I've been told she is very famous, but REALLY famous. When I met her, I really thought we were in a manga. It was the first time for me, but when I saw her facebook fan page ( more than 790 000 fans ? ) I was like WUUUUT ??? I have only 620, I'm so owned :'(. But this is great to see that a star like her casted my game! WHO IS THE STAR NOW? :DDD

Kyochi to the left, all the MSI Stuff ( <3 ), and even kids, was watching my game ! :D!!! SO much emotions :'( :'(, but did they watched my game or Alodia (Grrr!!)

I managed to win again my next showmatch which was a 1v1 on longestyards ( q3dm17 ), this map is really hard actually for your opponent when you have a railgun, so I don't think he had so much fun to play this map :(. I tried my best to congratulate him because he did pretty well though and managed to beat everyone on ffa!

It's time for some Starcraft, Sen seems ready, and has to play a famous player from the Philippines called Jabito! The public was so intense, they waited all day long for this match, and they were gifted! It was an amazing match, and Sen lost 1 Match against Jabito, what a surprise! Nobody expected it, but finally Sen managed to win the 2 others rounds! ( PEACE! )

When games was finished, we had to stay on the stage because a lot of people was taking photos, really, this is the first time I had so much photos, much more in one day than in my whole life. But it was a great experience though. I saw Sen's hands bleeding because he did too much APN ( action per minutes ) I mean Whaaat? I Wanted to play Starcraft 2, If I want to be good, I need to bleed as well? BLEEHHHH :/.


Everything is done, the event went pretty well, and we chilled out (kyochi, msi staff, (sen was tired :'( ) for the last night, but unfortunately it was a Sunday so.... No girls :'( :'( :'( :'(, but no worries next time I come more longer!
