To be honest, i know or at least have a come across people that don't understand the significance of a team leader, especially in a game such a counter-strike. Even having a team leader point out certain objectives to each player makes a team much more organized and structured. Yeah, of course, being a team leader is one of the hardest "professions" to undertake in cs, but its also the most important in my opinion. By just looking at most teams, amateur, intermediate or even professional, it would seem as if some in-game leaders are really underrated and actually deserve more of the, how people would say "fame" or credibility, than any other players. [Once again, my opinion :)] I am the in-game leader for my team, and yes it is very brutal and hard to focus on so many things to keep your rounds in the game going smoothly. It also does get frustrating at times when you realize that your calls on a certain strategy just lost you and your team the round. And as cArn told me, the best way to be a team leader is to be a calm one. And now calling strats, pointing out what the other team is doing and keeping your teams momentum up WHILE being calm IS a tough job but also one of the most important. Just keep in mind, "Failure is the mother of Success."
