Besides working in fnatic and the legendary dutch organisation, DigitalMind I was also the Team Manager of this year's Counter-Strike team in the Electronic Nations Championships 2006 hosted by the ESL. It's hard to describe the feeling I felt in these months but I'm satisfied at all sides. The team, the support and most of all the campaign. Accepting the job but not without a decent goal. You can't do something good if you don't have a personal goal to reach.

An important factor in the success of a team is to have an ideal communication with each other. The team and I chose to go for an All Star Flemish line-up, due to the language barriers, and hoped it'd be realized as the best choice we were able to do. However, the Walloon community reacted with nay saying towards the squad. I accepted the job as Team Manager and knew what to expect. You can’t do right for everyone so I just tried to explain my point of view and hope all Belgian inhabitants would understand it. A few refused to but after this successful campaign I can’t say it was wrong to go for a Flemish line-up. Let’s go back to the start….
