This was something i was shown today, its helped my game a fair bit, and improved my aim recognisably!! =)

"sorting your mouse out, get it so you can control your spray, enter these commands

-noforcemparms -noforcemspeed -noforcemaccel -freq 100

in your launch options

steam > right-click CS icon > properties > set launch options > paste into there

this should make the game more crisp, and allow 100hz rate in CS

now sort your recoil out, to something you can control, but quickly..

Then join an empty server, buy your AK/M4 and spray at the wall without moving your mouse, notice the spray direction, and it should be similar each time (for me M4 goes up and left, AK goes up and right) so counter this recoil, by pulling on your mouse in the opposite direction slowly, to keep your spray nice and tight"

Please feel free to add more tips, and info to do with configs and handling of rifles!!!! The more the merrier, as im still learning -__-

hope i helped ^^

-freq 100 doesn't work with my display. i just have a tft with 76 HZ ;<
btw. nice blog :)
i know these commands but a few here could be interested!

isn't -noforcemspd the right command? :x

* -noforcemspd use desktop mouse speed settings
This tells HL to use the speed settings you have set on your desktop. Whatever you set in your mouse properties is how it will behave in HL.
This is separate from the "sensitivity" setting in your mouse properties, think of the sensitivity as an amplifier, it can attenuate the movement, leave it exactly the same or amplify it.

* -noforcemaccel use desktop mouse acceleration settings
Normally in HL the last thing you want is acceleration. Sometimes the HL no-acceleration control won't work because the mouse or its drivers are too different.
This switch tells HL to bugger off trying to manage the acceleration and whatever you have set in the mouse properties for the desktop is what will happen in the game.

* -noforcemparms use desktop mouse buttons settings
This setting tells HL to use whatever button assignments you have set in the mouse properties. You have to make sure each button has a letter or function-key assignment appropriate for the game.

I copied this explaination for the users who wanted to know what these commands will do! :X
