FnaticRC finish in 7th overall place in EGMC VIII. They will not advance to the playoff stages.
Master's Cup Series Overview
The Evil Geniuses Master's Cup Series enters Season VIII as September begins, and FnaticRaidCall is back to improve on last season's second place finish. The quality of teams involved in this season are all top notch, but the teams in Season VII were also really good and FnaticRC was a single game away from taking the overall championship.
Fnatic has always done well in team leagues, taking the bronze in EG Master's Cup Season VI and taking silver in EG Master's Cup Season VII. Based on that trend, it's very easy to predict success for Season VIII.

Fnatic vs compLexity, Week 2 Recap
After finishing second to compLexity in last season's EG Master's Cup playoffs, FnaticRaidCall takes revenge by defeating coL 3-1 in Season VIII, continuing their strong start to begin the latest team league season.
aLive versus qxc (2-0) - FnaticRC.aLive took the first game against qxc with superior micro and multitasking, going up 1-0. In the second game, aLive just outplayed qxc on every level and sealed the deal for Fnatic 3-1 over coL. Moon versus TriMaster (2-1)- This Zerg versus Terran was ridiculous! The first game was almost an hour long and FnaticRC.Moon lost after an incredibly close game, then took the second with overwhelming macro. Moon won the third game with constant harass via Mutalisks and Zerglings while macroing like a boss, taking the series 2-1 and putting Fnatic up 2-1 overall against compLexity. Rain versus Heart (2-0) - A Terran mirror match this time, but FnaticRC.Rain totally dominated Heart 2-0, tying the overall score at 1-1. Well done Rain! J versus goswser (1-2) - This Zerg versus Zerg match went the distance, but FnaticRC.J was unable to overcome goswser and lost 1-2. Fnatic is down 0-1 to compLexity, but there's time to pull it back.

Week 4 Recap
J (Luvsic) vs LiveZerg (0:2): Roach/Baneling play was able to defeat J twice, giving RoX.KIS the win 3:2. J (Luvsic) vs TitaN (2:1): After an incredibly long game that nearly ended several different times, J finished off TitaN with Broodlords and Infestors, going ahead 1:0 in the series. Another win will force an Ace Match and gives Fnatic a shot to win! TitaN's 2 base aggressive style finally broke through against J, tying the series 1-1. The third game showed J's knowledge of the game and how he learns in a series. The third game goes to J, overall tying the series 2-2 and forcing an Ace Match! NightEnD vs fraer (0:2): fraer is a PvP specialist and takes the first game from NightEnD, who was unable to break through with Blink Stalkers. The second game also goes to fraer, putting Fnatic down 1-2 overall. Harstem vs Pomi (2:0): Harstem takes the first game, surviving constant Phoenix harass and finally overpowering Pomi's forces. Pomi attempted Phoenix play again, but Harstem's Blink Stalker control and macro were just too much. Harstem ties the overall score 1:1. Rain vs LiveZerg (1:2): The players split the first two maps with highly contentious games that easily could have swung either way in both instances. LiveZerg was able to take the final game from Rain, putting Fnatic in a hole down 0:1.
Week 4 - FnaticRC 2:3 RoX.KIS October 1st 6pm (PDT), October 2nd 3am (CET)
ByuL vs MajOr (2:0) -The Ace Match was a convincing ByuL victory, 2:0 over MajOr. That gives Fnatic the win, 3:2!
Naama vs ViBE (0:2) - ViBe took the first map, so Naama needs to win the next two in order to avoid an Ace Match. ViBe took the second game, forcing an Ace Match.
J (Luvsic) vs Slush (2:0) - J's timing was excellent and his unit composition was perfect, so he takes Game 1! Already up a game, J used early aggression and killed a lot of Slush's economy early in Game 2, giving him the eventual victory and putting Fnatic back in the lead overall 2:1.
Harstem vs MajOr (0:2) - Harstem's economic play was denied by MajOr's Marine pressure and Harstem was unable to handle the aggression in the first game. The second game went much the same way, with Harstem unable to win. The series is now tied 1:1.
Rain vs MaSa (2:0) - Though the replays were lost, Rain was able to win both games (2:0) and start Fnatic off with a great 1:0 lead!
Week 6 - FnaticRC 3:2 ROOT 17th October 18:00 PDT, 18th October 03:00 CET
Set 5 - In the final game of the series it was an epic ZvZ, Game 1 went way into the mid /late game with ByuL and JonnyREcco both going full out. ByuL came out on top with phenominal control and took the lead into game 2. ByuL could smell blood and in game 2 everything went his way, pushing JonnyREcco around and dominated from start to finish. FnaticRC win 3:2 in the overall score. Set 4 - Naama pulls it back to 2-2 for the series, forcing an ace match. In some very intense games Naama shows what he's been lacking recently and defeats DreAm. Set 3 - Harstem opts to open with a two base timing in the opening game of this series. Although it didn't do much damage to the overall income of Killer. Harstem fell back and commited once again to the attack and was once again cleaned up, and forced to GG out of game 1. After going for a similar build as in game 1, Harstem lost in a close encounter, which made the score 0:2 in favor of Killer. The score is 1:2 now in favor of Dignitas. Set 2 - Game 1 showed both players playing to their strengths, Despite incredible multitasking by NightEnD the BroodLord army from JonnyREcco was just too much for him to handle. Game 2 was very similar to game 1 and unfortunatly for NightEnD he couldn't overcome JonnyREcco. Set 1 - In a quick two game series ByuL showed phenomenal control shutting down everything from BlinG and executing perfectly timed roach attskcs to take the series 2:0.
Week 8 - FnaticRC 3:2 Team Dignitas 31st October 18:00 PDT, 1st November 02:00 CET
Rain really got a confidence boost since his GSTL matches vs HoSeo.
He keeps playing the best stuff he did since 2 years !! Keep pushing him.
On another note, Luvsic probably should remain in Amateur team, he loses every game, and it seems he got some nerves issues, so we should see Oz more often instead.
Ares is going to join the Army soon and DeParture shifted to Canada so he won't be playing for another month. aLive was originally seeded versus Sea but he wasn't well so we shifted him with J.
the recent weeks matches for J is horrible to watch ,he didn't show much potential and competency for a rising progamer.he used to make mistake on his game ....Maybe he is faceing some nervous issues or other things(Maybe ill?)...Really don't know.
wish J can come back soon.............Or Fnatic find the solver instead.
Now ,I am really worried about the next cursing GSTL Match.....
Come on... Fnatic has Oz (ok PvP is he shit), Moon (when he Train he is a monsta), Alive (best Overall player) and J (vs Foreigner he is Good),...!!
Empire only i Think he is Good is Happy... Beasty Play more LoL now and Kas vs Korea he is really bad...!!
Normal Fnatic Must win but in the Last Time they Lost Rain and Thats really hurt Byul...!! Fnatic when they will be back Need a Good Coach + Some New Player (best some Korea SlayerS or so...)
