CS 1.6 leaves for K1 League Playoffs on Friday
Overview
During September, our Danish and Swedish players from the FnaticRC Counter-Strike team have been enjoying the Chinese culture as part of the K1 League group stage. A total of nine matches were played and the results were strong, in a game the team is not used to playing: the slightly different Counter-Strike Online version which is only played in China.
Regardless of adapting to a different game on the fly, our team managed to use its skills extraordinarily well and move forward to the next round of this $40,000 Counter-Strike tournament. In a week and a half on November 2nd, the Semi-Final between our team and the Chinese ETeng will be played out on a public stage.

In order to prepare well and get used to the CS Online version of the game once more, our team will be flying out to China this Friday, October 26th and will hope to be in tip-top shape before the game against ETeng.
Details about when exactly and via which stream to watch, will be added as soon as we know them. Should our team win the Semi-Final, we are also pleased to announce that our current CGO, Patrik cArn Sättermon will be acting as a stand-in as Finn Karrigan Andersen has school commitments he cannot evade, during the second week of November.
