FnaticRC.LoL travelled back to their bootcamp center earlier on the day after leaving Jönköping and DreamHack Winter 2012 victoriously. They were originally set to just keep on practising until the THOR Open event at December 8th in Stockholm. However, yesterday the team was informed that Team ALTERNATE would be unable to attend the IPL 5 tournament in Las Vegas, Nevada next weekend due to losing some sponsors.
Because of our team's two near misses in qualifying for the final event, they were the first back-up team considered for replacement. When we received the message from the IPL organisation, we wholeheartedly accepted and are currently setting our targets on the stacked League of Legends event in the Cosmopolitan Casino right on the strip of Las Vegas.
Our boys will be one of sixteen teams participating, coming from all of the three major regions in League of Legends: North-America, Europe and Asia. Quite a few teams that were also at the Season 2 World Finals have either qualified or have been invited for the IPL 5 event:

The competition will be extremely tough, but our team will be doing their utmost best at giving their fans a result similarly strong as the one we just achieved at DreamHack Winter 2012. Expect full coverage of the event on our website from Thursday, 29th November onwards until Sunday, December 2nd.
