This is just a small resume about how our practice has been going until today :P
Its Monday 12pm and I just woke up. Everyone is sleeping so I decided to write something down for people. I will tell you about our daily scrims, I guess most of the people would love to know about our performance and improvements.
When we first came here and we started training I didn't expect myself to be training against the best koreans teams on the first day(since we didn't have many contact), but we managed to contact of some of them we were surprise by their slightly different playstyle. It's almost the same as Europe I would say with the only difference that they always make strong team composition looking for lane domination.
I have to say that we lost probably 7 of our first 10 matches. Obviously that didnt feel good but I think we kept motivated by each loss telling ourselves thats how you improve, learning from each mistake. And yea as we all thought we improved a lot, everyone saw we lost our first match against startale and in just 2 days we managed to get some training and make a good strategy against them, which worked perfectly and gave us the pass to quarter finals.
During the last week we already saw some improvement. Teams that we use to lose most of the games against seemed not to be so good anymore. We were not letting them dominate all the lanes and we were giving them real trouble, we won most of the games this time and the few they won were really hard for them. Im not saying we are 100% ready to beat anything but im sure we are in the right path to get to that level that made us the best team back then.
Well that is everything for this blog to resume you a bit how everything was, we will be making more and also some vlogs soon :).
Remenber my birthday is tomorrow !! Feel free to ask anything u want me to write about !!
<3 thanks and well mostly because with the new jungle the midlaners need to help a lot their jungler and other lanes. Shushei didnt got use to it and was not helping cyanide most of the times which made cyanide fall behind and currently lose the game :P
thats basically it
I'm gonna declare a Happy Birthday tomorrow, since today is too soon =p
So we should be expecting some team comps that dominate both the laning phase and late teamfights? Also I want to ask if you practiced roaming support? Melissan and Lamia always share bot lane so I wonder
OMG ur birthday tomorrow? Are you sure? Will you go yong-san stadium this wednesday? I just registered to write something! I'll be happy if u can get something useful from korea here and I hope Korea can give you good memories:)!
I want to ask you "what did you feel as the biggest difference between NA or EU teams and KOR teams?" (and, do you remember the korean girl who had ur wallpaper in cellphone?XD)
we wont be going to the stadium this wednesday as we wanna practice a lot :P
I think NA EU and KOR are almost the same just small differences like one team focusing on better teamfights other on better laning others just go for late game heros^^
Actually, I usually watch korean leagues (not so many) and do not know well about NA or EU team. I'm studying about foreign teams now(including you!) and wanted know if there is something different:)
I trust to see good matches and your victory (this friday). See you again, and happy birthday!
Awesome post :D Happy birthday in advance xPeke! The best and ofc funniest LoL player i've ever seen. Are you guys going to Dreamhack this summer ? I would love to see you there, and your autograph would be worth gold to me :D You guys were really shining last year at Dreamhack :) Don't let M5 win anymore tournaments ;)
Best wishes Peke!
It's evening here, but i think in Korea the day just started, so i hope i'm not late.
That's cool blog - place when i can ask everything - i was waiting for this chance long time, and now, when i can do it, i dont know what to ask :). I must think about it :).
Again happy birthday!
P.S Please say to Shushei ( or just show him if u can ) :
" Pozdrowienia Panie Maćku! Polska trzyma kciuki, jeszcze będziesz najlepszy ! "
What is the furture of Rekkles with Fnatic? I know hes underage, and not allowed to go to tournaments due to the season 3 changes, but i think he was easily the missing link. Dont get me wrong, Yellowpete is an amazing ad, but with Rekkles there was such astounding psynergy, you all moved as one beast, whereas it seems with pete like the gameplay is more scattered.
Warning!
