Fnatic end SLTV group stage with a victory over 3DMax. The series was back and forth at the start but shortly into the second half Fnatic turned it up to another level and capped off the Group Stage with a victory. It's been a rough season for the boys, they got off to a very slow start but towards the end of the season they picked it up and got on an impressive winning streak.

The boys will take on 3DMAX tonight in their final SLTV match. They're currently sitting in 7th spot in the table and have been on a bit of a roll as of late. Their undefeated streak came to a halt when they played NiP. Tonight will be a tough match for both teams as they sit right next to each other in the table. Tune in at 20:00 for the conclusion of SLTV CS GO Group Stage.

Overview
The SLTV StarSeries event has proved to be a massive success, we're now going into the fifth season and the level of competition is just getting better. Teams such as NiP, VeryGames, Mouz, and Na`Vi will all be competing as well as Fnatic.
Just like the previous four seasons, the event will be split into two phases, the first phase of the tournament will be round-robin. This means that each team will play each other once. After the first phase of the event which will begin on the 12th of February and will run through to the 21st of March, we will move onto the second stage.
The second stage of the event will see the top 4 teams of the round-robin advance to a LAN finals which will be held in the Kiev CyberSports ARENA on the 4th of April to the 7th of April. The prize pool of the event remains at $15,000, with the first place finisher picking up $6,000, second place picking up $3,000, and third place with $2,500.
The tournament will be tough for the Fnatic boys but this is exactly what they thrive on, top level competition brings out the best in the team and they're looking forward to showing what they can do.
Xyp9x shared his feeling on the up coming event with us:
Andreas "Xyp9x" Hojsleth, Fnatic.CSGO:We are looking forward to playing in this tournament, with a great structure. I hope we will manage to finish at least top 4, in order to reach the LAN finals, despite there being top competition. We will have some good matches for sure, see you at online & hopefully offline!
