After making it to the Playoffs in the last season, Fnatic is back in the fray with The Premier League. The Premier League has been one of the staple online events in the Dota 2 community, with big named teams competing in daily matches to see who's the best of the best. Season 4 is no different, TPL has invited eight top tier teams including Fnatic.EU to compete in the Round-Robin bracket. Teams such as; No Tidehunter, Team Liquid, Team Dignitas, Absolute Legends, Team Empire, Mousesports, and Virtus Pro. They have also set up qualifiers for 2 lesser known teams to break through into the event, those teams are, Ice Climbers and Pain Gaming. Not only is TPL returning for a fourth season but they're bolstering the prize fund of the event, increasing it to $10,000.
As stated above the event will be run in Round Robin fashion, this means that each team will face each other in the group stage at least once. This will begin on the 10th of February and runs all the way until the 19th of April. The playoff stage is set to begin on the 27th of April and lasts until the 28th of April, where the top 4 teams from group play will battle it out for the first place prize of $5,000.
The distribution of the prize pool for this season will be as follows: 1st Place - $5000 2nd Place - $3000 3rd Place - $2000
