Important information about 100k competition

We were the first eSport team in the world to break 100k "Likes" on Facebook, and felt like celebrating this in a big way. This is why we decided to create a giveaway for our dear fans, as well as a contest to win even more prizes.

You've overwhelmed us with your response and as a result we've reached 200,000 likes in less than two weeks. A lot of you were eligible for guaranteed prizes and promises is something we tend to keep and stick by.

As we've mentioned, the response was overwhelming and was nowhere near what we could possibly expect. To tell the truth, we were not prepared for this, but despite that we still did our best to provide all winners with their guaranteed prizes. However we weren't able to acquire all the stock of GUNNAR glasses and therefore to make it fair, decided to replace them with shop vouchers and a Fnatic Classic T-shirt.

Then came time to gather all required information from winners. We've notified all of them via email, but at some point part of our mails got blocked at Hotmail accounts. This was fixed in a matter of days and all of the winners got their emails with instructions. There were some dishonest people who tried to use those forms for scam, therefore we had to put in additional efforts and security and create a special page where you could fill up all your info. This took us a while, but we've managed to do this right. Then the deadline for submitting your information came, and most of you have managed to get everything done in time. There were few people who missed this deadline or did not read all of the announcements in time, unfortunately, now there is nothing we can do to help them.

Now it was all on us. With close to a 1000 prizes to send out, we've had to order a lot of mousepads from SteelSeries who were not ready for this either. Mousepad delivery got delayed up until May 20th. This is when this huge set of boxes landed into SteelSeries office in Denmark. It has then traveled all the way to our warehouse in the UK. Our warehouse is now packed with SteelSeries QCK+ Fnatic Edition mousepads and we're eager to finally send them out alongside t-shirts and other prizes.

We know we let you down in terms of sending the prizes in time (we did however promise to start sending out prizes some time between April-May, so technically we're still on schedule), but we never ever thought about cheating on our fans just to get those "Likes". It took us longer than we originally expected, but we will start sending out the prizes in a couple of days from now. Delivery time will vary, but it should not take longer than 4-6 weeks in total. Which means that most of you will get their mousepads and t-shirts by the end of June.
