Updates Day 1
Slightly over twenty teams were brave enough to enter the PLAY RaidCall HoN cup, third one in 2012. Teams such as tT eSports, Orange and tdM joined the competition as well, and brought many interesting games. The day one is now over, and we have our four semi-finalists. The first semi-finals will be played at 18:00 CET tomorrow, on June 29th, between The Nineties and Just doing scrims. The Nineties made an upset and threw tdM out of the competition. The second semi-finals will start right after between tT eSports and Orange eSports. Both teams didn't have much of a struggle throughout first three rounds, but this will be the first big step towards the finals. The finals will be played right after the semi-finals are over.
Just slightly over a month ago, we witnessed some of the best Heroes of Newerth teams competing in PLAY RaidCall HoN Cup #2, showing the world some top skilled games in many dynamic matches. DreamHoN was another big tournament that commenced recently, where FnaticRaidCall took the first place by beating tT eSports, formerly known as frey, with 2:0 in the grand finals.
We are still interested in hosting HoN tournaments, and we are proud to announce the 3rd edition of PLAY RaidCall HoN Cup. Coverage of the tournament will be, as always, provided at FnaticTV exclusively.
On Day One, Thursday 28th June the HoN Cup will begin with 64 teams who will aim to get into the semi-final's for Day Two. Day One will include matches from Ro64 - Ro8, all in a Bo1 format.
