ByuL - "I think we can make GSTL semi-finals"

The latest installment of the "Meet Fnatic" series on GosuGamers showcases our newest professional player, Han Ji "ByuL" Won. This is the fifth interview that GosuGamers has done with the FnaticRaidCall Starcraft II squad, so you can also read NightEnD's interview, Moon's interviewaLive's interview, and Rain's interview.

ByuL is a relatively new player on the Starcraft II scene, but his name is rapidly becoming known. He was recently promoted from the Fnatic Korea Academy to the professional line-up in May, but his results have been fantastic. In addition to several kill streaks in the GSTL, ByuL also fought his way up from the Open Bracket at MLG Anaheim to finish in the top 32. His performances have been top notch and we look forward to ByuL's continued success!

Discussing the differences between playing Zerg in the original Starcraft versus playing Zerg in Starcraft II, ByuL says that
I think the difference in ZvT is that it's hard to use caster units in SC2 (like defiler in SC1, infestor in SC2). Defiler's plague and dark swarm can damage/protect mass units but infestors can't. In ZvP, if Zerg goes 200 food fast that means Zerg has an advantage. But in SC2, if I go 200 food it's basically useless. Zergs could use guerrilla position in SC1 but can't do that in SC2.
Since FnaticRC is already in the second round of the GSTL and has beaten Prime, ByuL was asked about which team he would like to face next:
I prefer SlayerS-EG. MVP has good Zerg players and I think Zerg these days is very strong.
ByuL has experience with living in a team house from his time as a Brood War pro, but living with foreign roommates like NightEnD and ToD is new:
At first, I thought I have a good command in English but I was wrong. Here I learned English thanks to foreigners. Oh, and they have difficulty eating spicy food.

You can read the entire interview over at GosuGamers.net and see what else ByuL had to say about his career, his teammates, and his future. For more team content, keep your eyes on www.fnatic.com.

Also, feel free to watch Fnatic's own interview with ByuL. We caught up with him at MLG Anaheim and he was happy to answer some questions for us!
