FnaticMSI will be having their first match at GameGune soon. But this match is not only the first at GameGune but also the first with new addition Rasmus 'Gux' Stahl back in the lineup. We caught up with Rasmus to talk about his return to FnaticMSI and the upcoming tournament.
How do you feel about being back in FnaticMSI?
It feels amazing, this is something I've been waiting for!
With your return, the highly successful FnaticMSI 2009 squad is reunited, and expectations are high. Do you as a team feel increased pressure because of this?
Well at least we have high expectations for ourselves. But as of GameGune and Global Challenge Shanghai we have not had that much practice so we are realistic and understand that it's gonna be tough.
How is the situation different for yourself? When you joined in 2009, you were considered a newcomer - now you are considered to be one of the world's best players.
Well I don't think it's that much difference. When I joined in 2009 I had something to live up to, I had a lot of pressure on myself to show what I am capable of. Now I know what I'm capable of in the top scene and I just have to play my game. But of course I still put a lot of pressure on myself to perform, just not the same kind of pressure from what I had in 2009.
The upcoming summer is full of events, and the first for the new 'old' lineup is GameGune. How did you prepare for the event?
Well we have practiced as much as possible. We started out with 2 days of online practising and then some bootcamping at GT's but it has not been the easiest to find anyone to practice against becouse of the fact that everyone was playing at Arbalet Cup Dallas.

Could you tell us a bit about your individual training?
I mostly practise on Gungame servers because I like the fact that you can actually win on Gungame (laughs). But some CSDM as well.
Are you taking over the same tasks and positions in-game like you had in 2009?
Well pretty much I guess.
Do you think the playing style of FnaticMSI has changed over the few months you were gone?
Yes very much so, it's a lot different but we are trying out some new and old stuff to mix up our game.
Are there major differences between the playing style of your former and your new team?
Yeah it's actually really huge haha, but the main difference is that SK had a lot of flash-tactics and here we use our aim more.
Which aims do you have for GameGune? Who will be your biggest opponent?
Of course the number 1 place, and of course Na'Vi!
Well, good luck then! Do you have any words for your fans and readers of fnatic.com?
Thanks a lot! Yeah I'd like to say hey to all the fans it's good to be home again! And I'd like to thank all of our sponsors MSI, Steelseries, Bigfoot, UGAME and Slappa!
