I checked out the Q4max and it was nice, only thing i thought was that i had a hard time seeing what weaps i was picking up so i am about to finish a mod where i have changed color on the Weapons

RL = Totally Red
Nailgun = Totally Purple
LG = Totally White
Plasma = Totally Blue
Rail = Totally Green
Shotgun = Totally Orange
Granade Launcher = Totally Yellow
works nice for me =O)

Can someone give a link at what the brightskins look like ? Like ut2004 utcomp ones?

I can't seem to figure out how to get them to show up for other players when I'm the server host. Does it only work with dedicated servers? I tried putting everying from the Q4MAX folder into the "quake4/baseq4/base" directory, but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?

Also, were there any speed adjustments made? I think the players are faster now because there is this one jump on "The Fragging Yard 1v1" that you can't do anymore without slowing down first.

It's from the tower, where the grenade launcher is located. You used to be able to run off the edge toward the railgun area, hit that little platform and then jump to where the railgun is. Now you seem to run right past that small ledge.

EDIT: Actually, now, you can make that jump just from the tower. You don't need the ledge. Hmm.
