Location

Ever since I was born on the 19th of November, 1986, I lived in the region of Mechelen, Antwerp (Belgium). My first steps were placed in Elewijt, Vlaams-Brabant, few kilometers southern from Mechelen. After living there for about 9 years, we moved to Mechelen. Not in the city itself, but right on the border between Mechelen and Zemst. The border between Antwerp and Vlaams-Brabant. It's perfect to live here. You're close to all stores, close to the trainstation, got a big garden and a lot of green. After our garden is a wood, and on the other side of the street in front of our house is a meadow full of sheeps.

Education

When I was 12 years old (at least the year I became 12) I had to go to the 'high school' just like everybody has to. My choice went out to Scheppers in Mechelen because most of my friends from Elewijt went there as well. 7 years later (yes I doubled my 5th year) I had my dimploma of "Maths-Sciences" and was ready to go to college.

I started my first year of college in Mechelen (KHM) and followed "Informationmanagement and -systems" but it wasn't what I really wanted, so I quit school in January. Up until now I really don't know what I want to do next year. I think I'll do Applied Informatics but nothing's for sure yet.

Sport

Just like almost every little boy I started playing football in Elewijt with my friends. Until I was 14 years, I was a fieldplayer, but when our keeper wanted to quit keeping, I was the only one who was crazy enough to take his spot. I've never regret that choice since I wasn't that bad in it. After two years in the goal I was even asked to "transfer" to Kampenhout yet. Kampenhout was playing on a much higher level then Elewijt so I decided to give it a shot. In my first year there I was picked up to train with the First Team and in my second year I was third keeper. Our first keeper suffered a pretty heavy injury, so the second half of the competition I became second keeper, and even played some cupmatches and friendly matches vs Brussels and Beveren (both in our National First division). That year we became the champion as well and we promoted to the National Fourth league. So only 4 years after my first experience in a goal, I was in the first team in a national league.

Since then, I never played any football anymore. On the first training of the next season (my third in Kampenhout) I suffered a knee injury. That's almost 2 years ago now. Only 2 weeks later I had my first operation (meniscus). That was the start of a lot of troubles and 2 years of revalidation. I tried to run and play football again, but the pain never went away so I had a second operation in April 2005. Then again, I never recovered from the pain and after dozens of hospital-visits, they decided to do a meniscus-transplantation together with a leg-correction, which is a rather heavy operation. That third operation was done in May 2006. The revalidation time will take up to 6 months, so this had to be updated soon as more information is available.

Gaming

Since the death of 4RL (For-Real) I no longer play active Counter-Strike. I only play some public or mix for fun. Furthermore I play GuildWars and ChampionsShip Manager 2006 (yes, football) to fill boredom.
As a player I was leader of [=BeS=], newBorn and for-real and I was member for some time of ElClanDestino.
As crewmember I was part of the German ragnaroeg management, GotFrag news-crew and now I'm still in Ins-Gaming as General Director.
