Daniel "tidde" Asp has decided to part ways with the fnaticMSI.CoD4 team. With the release of Call of Duty 5 coming closer by the day, Daniel could not bring up the motivation that is needed to continue his Call of Duty career. Combining this with the lack of time he has due to personal and work commitments, he decided to sadly end this playing chapter and part from the team.
The always smiling and happy Daniel has been with the team ever since the release of Call of Duty 4. Fighting through every obstacle in the team's way, he was a hugely important factor in and outside the game, plus a part to the successes we have all seen from them.
The remaining players will be looking for a new Swedish player to fill in the spot Daniels departure has presented and as a result have decided not to attend i35 and the Crossfire Challenge 5. They will remain inactive until the release/beta of Call of Duty 5, which is expected in November.
These four players will still be wearing the fnaticMSI tag:
- Tidde
- LINQAN

| I would like to thank the Fnatic management and my teammates for this amazing journey under the Fnatic flag. I've had a blast with both parts, through good times and bad times. I wish them all the best in the future. I'm happy to once have been a part of this legendary organisation, Thank you all again. |
| After several line-up changes with successful results with each line-up the fnatic cod4 era is coming to an end. Cod5 coming up we don't see any future in Cod4 any more and will await Cod5 and see how that game will progress. If we like it and the game will become a success then the team will still play under the name of Fnatic. Although Tidde has already announced that he is leaving the team for other adventures but the remaining four is still going stay together and strong. |
