Fnatic - A profesional gaming team

The final is about to begin here at i37 as fnaticMSI.CoD4 have come unbeaten from the winners bracket to claim their stake of the £5000 prize purse, while TCM have come from the Lower Bracket to try claim theres. "Full Story" for full details and a match report to come.

Having been placed in what some may call the easier half of the bracket, fnaticMSI had to beat auric, dfiance, YYT.NL and TCM to claim their spot in the grand final. The Dutchies of Yoyotech managed to take the most rounds against our Swede's, taking 7 on Strike. The team have been showing great teamplay as well as taking some superb clutches, it is no wonder why they are viewed as the number one team in CoD4 at the moment.

Conversely, TCM have come from the lower bracket after losing to fnaticMSI in the Upper Bracket final. The Brits beat Dignitas in the Consolation final to guarantee themselves the grand final game, winning 13-7 on Backlot with Robyye pulling off a sensational 3vs1 clutch to win the game. But as they've come from the Lower Bracket, TCM will have to take two maps off our Swede's (+Stevy) to be crowned the i37 Call of Duty 4 Champions.

The match will start at 15:00GMT (16:00CET) and will be streamed on QuadV by Deman and Jay as well as being played on the main stage here at i37. I managed to catch up with rivve for a few words before the final:

Hey rivve, you beat TCM in the Upper bracket final and now you have to play them again in the grand final. Do you think it will be a repeat of TeX or can you beat them in one map this time?
Hopefully it will be 1 map only. But you never know, we are feeling more confident than ever so I think we will manage it in 1 map.

Its no secret anymore that youre very strong on Strike, do you still feel comfortable picking that map in the final if it comes to it, and what map do you expect TCM to pick?
We expect TCM to pick backlot. Since they won against us at tex. But maybe they pick district or something. Well strike is our best map so i definitely feel confident to pick it. But we dont know yet.

How do you expect TCM to play in the final, are they going to come out all guns blazing and aggressive or will they play a more slow and measured game like eSuba and dignitas? Which playstyle do you like to play against more?
I think they will play like they usually do in the beginning, but when its gonna go bad for em they are gonna play slow, and then the match is probably over. Our playstyle is always aggressive but under control. But we can play a slow game as well. Doesnt really matter.
