FnaticMSI and our European number one DOTA team are officially parting ways, after a good run together. Read more inside.

It might have noticed you that it has been quiet with our DOTA coverage lately and statements of the team departing have been made. We hereby give our official announcement that FnaticMSI and our DOTA team, The Last Try, are parting ways.

Under the FnaticMSI brand, they have grown to Europe's best team, winning the 15,000$ Riot Games Tournament at Gamescom. We have had ups and downs together, but eventually we decided to let go of them, before their contracts expired.

Elroy "Noname" Pinto, General Manager of FnaticMSI clears the air with an official statement:

picture"It's been coming for a while but we needed to officially release them. We would like to thank the team known as The Last Try for their time and energy spent in FnaticMSI. We had some disagreements but thankfully at the end we can part on a pleasant note. We would like to wish Loda, KwoM & MiSery the best of luck in the future in whatever they chose to do - eSport or in real life.

As for DOTA and FnaticMSI, it seems like we never gel properly. We will keep our options open and not completely pull out of DOTA for now. Maybe in time something will come up."

The team that has last seen playing under the FnaticMSI.DOTA tag was this:
  • Rasmus "MiseRy-" Filipsen
  • Edvin "KwoM" Borjesson
  • Jonathan "Loda" Berg
  • Jesper "Miracle" Nyhlén
