Na'Vi advances to the Quarter Finals with a clean sheat.
Arbalet Cup Dallas winner Natus Vincere have not exposed any weaknesses yet, as they marched through the Groupstage flawlessly. Three wins out of three matches do not only mean a ticket for the Playoffs, but also the first place in Group A and therefore a place in the Quarter Finals. While all other teams will need to play in the Round of 16 first, both Na'Vi and D4 Gaming from Group A have already secured a place in the Quarter Finals. This is due to the amount of groups, which is one less (seven) than expected.
The Ukrainians started the day with a 28-2 win over coketa, a local Spanish team which was invited at the very last minute to replace xy. x6tence were also removed from the list of attendees only hours ahead of the event and will be replaced by erandio. Both coketa and erandio had come to the Bilbao Exhibition Centre to attend the Euskal Encounter 18 event, a huge LAN event open to anybody, but of course confirmed their attendance in GameGune right away to take their chance and play against some of the world's strongest professional teams.
After defeating D4 Gaming in their second match, Na'Vi then met Team Dignitas and once again showed no merci. While the team around Yegor 'markeloff' Markelov will now have the rest of the day to do some sightseeing in Bilbao, the likes of mousesports, Frag eXecutors and FnaticMSI are currently arriving at the venue, getting ready for their Groupstage. Make sure to check out our coverage and don't miss any of the action from GameGune 2010.
