Over the past few days, various members of the Team YoYoTech side have publicly been seen to be departing the roster. Today we see the team officially fold.

Earlier this week, TEK9 announced the departure of Stacey 'sKeir' Keir from the British-based organisation, following their return from the Antwerp Esports Festival, leaving the team with only 3 remaining members.

Stacey found himself as the second member of the team to depart, as the side had, only days before, waved goodbye to Jacco 'TRON1C' Broeder who was determined to swap weapons, leaving the team with no choice but to release him and find a replacement. However as the story slowly began to unfold, it also became clear that founding member and former Infused legend Adam 'Vanner' Vanner had followed Keir, yet had not announced anything officially.

While drama ensued in the world of Call of Duty, it soon became clear that the side were in turmoil with just 2 remaining players. Unfortunately the following day, Dimitry 'Delroo' Decan was announced in the new eMpathy roster, ultimately the final nail in the coffin for Team YoYoTech.

The British organisation's CEO, Scott Mann, issued the following statement on the teams site:

"Today we officially announce the split of our Call of Duty 4 team. Since returning from AEF the team has decided to go their separate ways, we had initially hoped to rebuild the team but as time moved on it became clear that this was not a viable option. We would like to thank all the guys for their time with Team YOYOtech and wish them all the best for the future.

Over the coming weeks we will be reviewing our options with regards to a new COD4 team.

Cheers"
