The CoD4 scene sees another new team being formed. GALENSKAP as it's known as is a new team formed this month in the Swedish CoD4 scene. The team seems to have players coming from an assortment of FPS games and perhaps that can give them the edge in CoD4.

Starting up GALENSKAP with these guys have been nothing but an enjoyable project. The mixture of people is just awsome and we're having a blast each day on voice comms. GALEN is consisting of such a huge variety of people with players coming from scenes such as CS1.6, BF1942, W:ET, CoD:UO and ET:QW and we believe that in the long run it's something we can take advantage of. We're of course aiming to become one of the better teams around but even though we're eager to get there we know we got some heavy work in front of us if we wanna succeed. With that in our mind, a strong will and a high potential in the team it's more a question of time rather then anything else. Once we're prepared enough you will see us attending LAN:s, and hopefully that won't take forever. So see you on the battlefield any time soon.

If you want to read about them then they will be participating the CB OpenCup in the near future. With the history of Swedish FPS players, it won't be surprising if we see these guys coming up to the current level of pro-CoD4 players.

Interesting trivia about the team being the word "GALENSKAP" means madness in Swedish.

While the team is yet to announce if they will be attending any upcoming LAN's like the iSeries CoD4 event, they promise they will practice hard enough before coming to the event.
