The Prime Defending Tournament is back, now in it's eighth season. Any team that wishes to sign up for this tournament may do so. The signups will be open until October 29th, 2007.

Tournament format:

• There will be a qualifier for each continent. Match format is Bo1, single elimination.
  

• Top 8 ranked teams from each qualifier advances to the playoff preliminaries.
  

• 16 Teams, which include the bottom 4 PDL teams, will be seeded in this tournament, and won't have to requalify. They will start directly in the playoff preliminaries.
  

• From there, 16 teams will qualify to the playoffs stage, where the format will be Bo1 - double elimination, until 4 teams are left in the Winnerbracket the format changes to Bo3.
  

• The Winner Bracket finals and the Lower Bracket finals will be held in a Bo3 - double elimination match format.
  

• Grand finals will be Bo5, the team which comes from the Winner Bracket starts with an 1-0 advantage.
  

All those wishing to sign up for Prime Defending 11, must create their team's profile on the MYM homepage. All players that will participate with the team must be added to the roster. Only players added to the team roster may play in the tournament, the account names on the team profile has to match to those used on GG Client.

Prize Distribution:

First place: $400, $500 XLBet accounts, 5 x 3 Months CLUB MYM Accounts (11 US$/each), 5 x MYM profile PriDe winner icons

Second Place: $250, $250 XLBet accounts, 5 x 1 Months CLUB MYM Accounts (4,50 US$/each)

Third Place: $150, $125 XLBet accounts, 5 x 1 Week CLUB MYM Accounts (3 US$/each)
