Payment

All Fnatic PTY LTD T/A "Fnatic" transactions are "cash in advance" until agreed otherwise. Payment terms are agreed at the time of the order. Time for payment shall be deemed to be of the essence of the contract and payment shall be made in accordance with the agreed terms in full without any right of set off, deduct or withhold whatsoever.

Payment can be made with either PayPal or money transfer. When payment has been confirmed, we will ship your order the following within 2 working days.

Orders in the United Kingdom: Shipment will be express via Parcel Force, expect shipping time to be 1- 2 working days.

Orders located in Europe: All shipments will be either Air Sure express or via International Signed For by Royal Mail. Please expect shipping time to be 2-6 working days. The day after we ship your order, you will receive a Track and Trace number enabling you to track your order.

Quotations

The prices shown on our web site are subject to alteration without notice. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling upon receipt of a valid purchase order from the Buyer. Quotations are made at current prices on an ex-VAT basis and are exclusive of the costs of packaging, carriage, insurance and unloading unless stated within the quotation. Quotations are for acceptance within 3 days from the date of quotation and unless accepted within that period will be deemed to have been withdrawn.
