Where you’ll be working:

We’re developing a 4000 sq ft office in the heart of London’s technology centre, Shoreditch. Complete with a bar, coffee station, DJ booth and sound system, a range of facilities and space for 50 desks - the new office will be a hive of activities. We’ll have screenings, press and media announcements, product launch parties as well as important meetings and partner visits.



The Prospect:

As a business management intern you’ll be working directly with the CEO and core management team focusing across our operations which covers our esports operations, our product brand Fnatic Gear, 5 international offices, and numerous events and corporate delegations.

We’ll be looking to you to help us identify opportunities and efficiency improvements, with typical activities to include supporting management reporting, objective based planning, market research and preparing strategic proposals.

This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a high-growth, demanding company, which is largely recognised as one of the global leaders in esports.



Your tasks:

  • Manage and support the cycle of our quarterly objective based planning (OKR), including organising the quarterly reviews and administrating the quarterly objectives.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports based on the input from all contributors. Distribute weekly progress reports to all stakeholders.
  • Stay attune on esports, gaming, peripheral and lifestyle market movements to provide for frequent intelligence for the management team.
  • Provide specific management support on strategic projects, including market research, data gathering, building forecasts or other models and reaching out to potential partners.
  • Prepare board reports and support management team members with internal presentations.
  • Other tasks as required by the core management team, or creative endeavors that you identify yourself.

Senior Performance Marketer / Lead

At Fnatic we believe great marketing is authentic, adds value, is playful and is the pillar on which to grow our brand towards our mission. Our goal is to be the number one lifestyle brand from esports within 3 years, and we’ve got a lot of work to do.

We’re active in many marketing channels, from our ever present star gamers who perform globally at tournaments, to content, social, outside influencers and the events we run. We even launched our own concept store in December BUNKR.

We have over 10m fans across social media, and global sales across our ecommerce sites, amazon, or partners, which is a significant base of which to target online marketing activities. We are looking for someone who will thrive on having the vision of new strategic marketing channels to try, all the while working with our vast creative team to devise new assets, and accelerate campaigns.

We need you to be data-driven, obsessed with optimisation and get super excited to see the results of your experiments. Through the systems you have devised, whether that's through exit polls or clever attribution, you’ll be ultimately responsible for our outbound marketing funnels, and figure out what is really working, and what’s not.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage performance campaigns across paid search, content, display, paid social and affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute our online advertising strategy, maximising the spend resourcefully.
  • Manage multi-lingual digital campaign approaches in line with daily insights and brand promotions across European, Asian and US markets.
  • Help unify strategies across social media, marketing and sales teams by offering data-driven support.
  • Create up-to-date reports and optimization plans for ROI, campaign performance, purchasing patterns and website traffic.
  • Utilise conversion funnels and optimisation strategies (CRO; Conversion Rate Optimisation).

Graphic Designer Internship

As the Finance Director of Fnatic you will work directly with the CEO and Board to ensure the efficient, innovative and compliant management of all our financial endeavours.

Your task is to keep us one step ahead of our financial needs whether that's through clever management of our business entities.



Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial analysis, reporting and structuring of our entire group's profitability, providing insight and support in driving the long term vision of the business.
  • Preparing, managing and updating the quarterly and monthly budgets in co-operation with the responsible department heads.
  • Provide monthly financial reports, outlining the company’s financial performance against targets and keeping up an accurate balance and cash flow.
  • Manage all Fnatic accounts, reconciling incomings and outgoings into the finance files.
  • Be the sole liaison with Fnatic’s accountant ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
  • Day-to-day accounting activities, creating invoices, chasing payments and managing payroll.

CS:GO Manager

Summary of the Position

The role as Team Manager is to manage, develop and support the Counter-Strike Global Offensive division. The position is full-time and the job placement is in Sweden, with the exception of the tournaments and promotional events which require international travelling.



Job Description

  1. You are in charge of the overall management of the Fnatic CS:GO team, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
    1. Event planning and overall scheduling
    2. Practice conditions
    3. Communication between players, tournaments organizers and Fnatic
    4. Players’ well-being at events and any other gaming related premise
    5. Educating players about Fnatic’s policies, ongoings and plans
    6. Finance and forecasting
    7. Appropriate usage and promotion of Fnatic’s clothing and hardware
    8. Supervising the Player’s social media and live streaming pages
    9. Player behavior and monitoring of their contractual obligation towards Fnatic
  2. As the Team Manager you are required to host and/or attend meetings with the colleagues of other business function in Fnatic. The main purpose of these meetings is to establish structure and transparency about the ongoings between the manager and the other Fnatic departments.
  3. Aiding the Fnatic content and creative teams in the creation of content and social media related deliverables about the team and its players. Ensuring that these obligations are carried out by the players or relevant staff in a timely fashion.
  4. Upon request, assist the Fnatic social and content teams by taking photos and videos from live events or any other relevant occasion. The Team Manager commits to be reachable at events and other work related travel.
  5. Project managing the requests from sponsors (via Fnatic Biz dev) by educating and informing the players about the upcoming obligations. The Team Manager is at times needed to assist the players and/or team staff in the execution of sponsor deliverables.
  6. Ensuring that the division’s players use, promote and assist developing Fnatic and sponsor related products, services and clothing.
  7. Representing Fnatic alongside the Head Coach and/or the Team Operations Manager in match conflicts and other sports related disputes.
  8. Educating players in sportsmanship, fair play and gaming ambassadorship.
  9. Assisting the Head coach and the Team Operations Manager to scout new player talent and creating a shortlist of prospective players. This also includes obtaining insights on other team’s player’s contract expiration dates.
  10. Establishing a vast network of contacts in the game’s community, such as event organizers, game developers, journalists, team managers and players.

The Prospect/Context of the Role:

You will be part of the most ambitious and do we dare say most creative marketing department in esports. There you will work under our Head of Events organizing booths and parties at premium esports events all around the world to promote our brand and our Apparel & Gear.



Typical responsibilities involve:

  • Planning, setting up and executing our events, booths and parties.
  • Finding great venues to host exciting new events.
  • Work on creative new ways to engage our audience.
  • Handling orders and liaising with suppliers.
  • Sourcing good quality local contractors and staff.
